Agree, it seems like they are doing roughly 10% increases on most ships. But it does vary like BMM and Orion.

Some of this is incorrect. Hull E seems to be a limited ship. But you can buyback Hull E ccu's if you already have them in your buybacks. For me upgrade value is still $550. Maybe they fixed it.

I made the mistake of have all my $0 ccus be Carrack to ????? Doesn't work when you don't have any $0 ccus to the Carrack. Oops
