I enjoyed the movie but its nothing which really impressed me. The main story is a little bit random, action ist cool. So i would Rate it 3/5 or 4/5.

From a lore stand point i would say ships like that would be refurbished, adjusted to the current demand or decommissioned. Just like modern battle ships, tanks etc. So i would expect at least a minimal shielding or a lower energy power plant which needs a lot time to recharge shields or stuff...

I think my last attempt in a Gladius to do Solo pirate swarm took me 60-90 minutes.

how many hours? 2 month sounds much but depends on the time you spend actually doing it. Im not saying that it should be easy. But 4500 hours. Imagine grinding 4 hours daily for 3 years ^^

you can unlock it by grinding but to grind through all of this you need 4500 hours which is something i havn't reached in all my most favorite games together [Including Eve Online (idk but probably 500-1000 h) , arma 3 (650 h) and Kerbal space programm (360 h)]
