Very hard to say where it will go based on the first episode... It left off with more questions than answers... But it does look somewhat promising so looking forward to the next few episodes to see if they do develop on the characters more.

Haven't really heard an official update on the release since the announcement to delay it back in April... Ben Lesnick said in an interview on StarCast that if we don't hear a release date very very soon we should start getting some weekly updates on the progress Soon™.
