I hit a new level in the chairman's club with the anniversary sale and I happened to notice that the in-game rewards for this level and the last level haven't shown up in my inventory. Do I have to do something else to get them to appear there?

Not being able to actually do anything without crashing (cargo runs, my few attempts at box runs or combat missions) has had me letting the game be for a while. If I can still do at least cargo running despite the crashes I might try to get in more.
