If you are looking to buy from the TEST marketplace, 2 things normally have to be met first. You have to be a member of TEST and you have to be a member for usually 3 month's from what I have seen most people require. There is ways to see how much that CCU cost as base yourself on the RSI...

I do agree we should add that into the mining guide and constantly update it as new patches come and new values get introduced. You can find this info if you search Star Citizen Ore Values (3.7 or 3.8) but ideally for ease we should maintain our own records
