I can see that for a combat ship but does a starfarer just scoop faster?

I do wonder whether the price increase is to reduce purchase or more to the point how many there will be. If everyone only flies the big stuff this game will have problems. Ships are not cheap in my eyes even though I totally accept that is how the development is paid for.

I can honestly say from my limited experience that they offer LTI with concept pledges and they allow you to melt and upgrade. I can see how they totally want people to be happy and of course lots of things change in development. Although they offer stealthy ships I can see why they do not want...

They both look like great ships, I can see either being the focus of a happy space life! I am sadly reluctant to buy too big a ship just because of lack of time to play i.e. cannot get enough value out of them. Plus the developers comments on crewing very big ships sort of implies you will need...

It was the effective in packs comment that made me laugh what sort of combat ship would not be effective with more of them!

I really like the cutlass red look, yeah it flies bad (well the Black does) but then I can blame the pilot. I agree too about he sabre but I do not change the load out so it may just take time for them to fix things.

I am hoping this will be a great area of the game so would like to be involved in exploration. I have a mix of ships but the Aquila for exploring.

I reckon the buccaneer shouldn't be too expensive and there maybe others coming along as well. They say insurance may not be to expensive but there will be pvp and some ships just are not that good at either fighting or running. There is no point having them if I cannot take them out! Of course...

I know but if loads of people have bought "fighters" they are not going to leave them parked in the garage during the game.

I am very interested in how you get on, I currently am doing mouse and keyboard and the throttle control seems poor, hope you have fun!
