groups

I see a lot of threads here about what professions people want to do but none to help us see how many people we have that want to help us man the big ships we have. If I missed it I am sorry but I know for one while I have a ship of my own I will want to help man other peoples ships too...

Title says it all. I would love to fill up a server with all or mostly test folks once 3.0 hits that way I know the guy crashing his Aurora into the moon crater. I remember previously having to try to join a server someone I knew was in but not being able to "group join" the way I would like.
