- Your guess have to be on the hour and in UTC*
- If multiple people bet on the same hour you split the pool.
- Everyone participating will be putting 1000 UEC in to the pool.
- UEC will be paid in PU or when possible.
- The group of people getting the closest to the release wins and splits the pool.
