and you get mods first, and some mods will probably be PC only. With a PC, you can easily connect a gamepad if you want to play with it. With a PS4, its hard to use a mouse and keyboard

Yup, I agree.
I had a read around, found the PC version is not limited to fps settings and will have plenty of mods.
Plus, I have a decent PC with GTX 980.

Yeah apparanty on PS4 its capped to 30 fps, and there are some major issues as the frame rates drop alot in interiors when theres 2-3 enemies on the scene at once...

Buy it on PC and have peace of mind.
