Hey, Chevys break down a tiny fraction of their competitors. Count me a Corvette fan. My younger brother just rented a C8 for a few days while he was visiting friends in FL. Now he’s planning to buy one. They are infectious.
I can fit 10 sheep into the back of my mk5 hilux if I stack em just right.
She could beat both a C8 & an R8 in a quarter mile.
You know.. If it was through a muddy field..

Me 'ol Patrol hi 5's you at the top of the mountain where the R8s and corvettes can not get to.

Unfortunately it is the opposite of MINT as it was a farm truck for 8 different farmers before I bought it sight unseen from a field in cornwall during covid when I went a little bit mental. :D
Sadly it needs a lot of work now - I don't think I have the time/cash/inspiration at the moment.
It's a lovely car to drive though - straight six diesel sings, 5 speed box slots gears same as a skyline, steering is tight, ride is comfy, I think it is worth doing up as aside from being generally a good truck, they are very rare now too.

Run it into the ground for sure, then sell it to me. I just rebuilt my front end :) mechanic looked at me like I was mental :) it made me mental :) I am an engineer :) not that kind of engineer :) but I own an engine crane :) I'd like your engine when you're done :) craney mccrane face :)
It can be for sale to a person that wants to do it up and save it. I am unemployed at the moment so my plan to save it is not working out. Everyone else wants to strip them for the axles to sell to those 4wd crazy buggy people that need solid axles etc.
Interestingly the RD28 deisil engine is actually an RB25/26 skyline engine block so I could direct fit the deisil engine into a GT-R or vice versa direct fit the RB26 from a GT-R into the patrol. Sounds fun huh but I dont have an engine crane or any room at all (1 bed flat).

My other half would not be impressed if I gleefully bought another clunker that I don't know how to fix :D
Let me start playing "Jetski life" videos on the TV and order a few free jet fishing catalogs through the door. Then, after my love has bought a jetski off of marketplace, the idiot, on the same day we can get the patrol and use it to pickup the jetski! And say it's free with the ski!

Ps. I bought the engine crane to lift a heavy rock, that's another story for another time
