So sent a ticket in about the 600i explorer concept pledge. here is some info back
Lol hey my question was valid and now i know if i upgrade from the 600i i can keep my rover which to me is a pretty big deal I dont usually ask many questions but that was my 1 ticket id say it was worth the money spent.So this is the reason Concierge support has 220,000 tickets!!!
Support is meant for issues like:
"Help, I melted a physical game package by mistake and I was wondering if I can get it back!"
and not:
"I dont like the window color on my Pheonix, can I change it?"
