Jump in and test all new features before 3.23 goes live!

The new character customizer, new mobiGlass and starmap, updated water simulation, Distribution Centers, first animals, EVA T2 and more.
The most important changes can be found in the core tech though:
  • Replication Layer split -- part of the upcoming server meshing, but it's already useful, as it allows crashed servers to be recovered. Never lose your precious cargo due to 30k again.

  • Image upscaling -- DLSS, FSR, and CIG's TSR solution. NVIDIA DLSS performs great -- see Star Citizen Alpha Patch 3.23 DLSS & Vulkan Renderer Tested thread below.

  • Vulkan Renderer -- still work in progress, but the first version is already implemented in game and it works. We're getting there.

Well shit, the hell you say?!

So I’m predicting right now the best weapon in game will be the Revenants. They make big enough holes that hits at extreme range will matter. 1400 and big boom right through the ship. Quad Revenants on the HH will make it an absolute monster.

There is now an “Interdiction Effect Time” listed in Q drive stats. Anyone know if this is what determines how quickly you can swap flight modes?
