Any MS Paint Pros? See my crappy image inside

Hi Guys,

Ill be getting married in about 5 weeks. i was chatting to my partner about doing something that's a little different. We came up with using famous photos and putting our faces on them. We will put faces of our friends and family on famous photos as a bit of a joke.

i've tried using paint but there are problems. the faces i cut out have white boxes around them. See image below as an example. i tried using the cut out tool where you draw the line yourself but i still have the same problem.

Anyone know a way i can just cut out the face and add it over an image? or can anyone recommend another free program i can do it with?

Seems like a job for Photoshop or something like it. Paint won't have the features you're looking for. There is a free open-source program called GIMP that might just fit the bill though.
