I plan on getting one because, just imagine; a HULL E pulls into dock. An army of Argoses(Argi?) approach to begin offloading cargo. Nobody will suspect that one of these little ships is not a member of the dock crew, but instead a "goods procurement specialist". The lone Argo casually removes cargo containers and, instead of depositing them at their intended destination, they are loaded onto a waiting ship piloted by trusted TEST smugglers...... I mean trusted TEST legitimate business personnel.

This is exactly why I what one. I was thinking a very similar thought. Everybody has to have a guy that can "find" stuff.
Some one had to supply that supply depot in Apocalypse Now.

I have considered it, but seeing as my largest ship is a starfarer, I cannot see a need for it myself.

If it is offered with LTI for upgrading her later - why not? Its a question of your personal upgrade interests.
If you are owning a JPEG with a pic of a capital or at least medium sized spaceship on it - perhaps, because a small repair and/or cargo delivering vessel could make sense.
But if you are lack of the both before named options - just let this sale pass and safe your money for whatever else.

On a less..... criminal note. The Argo could be useful for "around the town" type utility runs. Like making trips to the salvage yard to get parts for one of your more valuable ships, or ferrying packages across a planet's surface without having to fly a much larger, more awkward freighter around in cramped spaces. Kinda like a spacey pickup truck.

I could see this thing being perfect for my Endeavor. The stupid "detachable command center" thing means I have to leave the hospital stationary and defenseless to ferry medical supplies up from the planet... or I could just have an underling pick them up in the Argo.

I feel the same way, if it's a $30 LTI ship I'll probably buy a few to keep in my buy-backs in case I need one as a LTI token. I don't really see myself using it for it's regular use. I have a Reliant Kore for "mini-hauling" and my Dragonfly for small excursions.

Kind of reminds me of this here Bobcat. And you can hang all kinds of attachments off the front end, giant drink stirrers, ice buckets, big 'ol crate of olives and toothpicks and little umbrellas for martinis and other fancy shmancy drinks. Hell yeah, I'll grab a couple!
