Armor changes in game - NuffNaff

So, I try to do my mining on Ariel... that is problem because it is so hot. I tried to find the best protection for it and switch my armor Outlander... it takes 15 minutes for it to load... c'mon. I do not have a slow connection, and my PC is aging but it still is pretty good.

I do not think it is my PC...

Oh, so if I waited foe 15 minutes it would actually change my armor? I have the same issue but I just quit and relog every time this happens. Don't know of any other workaround.

It’s the backend database issue, not your PC. They tried out a fix for it in 3.10.2.c I think, and it looked like it did pretty well, but it was also PTU patch, not a live patch, so they didn’t have a ton of people hammering the database every second. I have no idea if this will be implemented in 3.11 or if it really helped at all.

Yeah, this is on their end, not yours. I've got a very high end PC, and when I switch armour, I still have have time to walk places, buy food and drink, eat food and drink before it updates that i'm actually wearing a helmet.
