I learned of it on reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/6x8bui/astora_wide_news_issue_3/), and I'm yet amazed at the quality of it and at the fact that it hasn't received more coverage, especially for CIG's part. This is the kind of meta, RP, or whatever you want to call it player-created content that should be promoted and applauded. Heck, I'll happily pay for an ingame subscription, to read on my Mobiglass while on a long trip.
