This is the first instance I’m aware of that uses carbon fiber for internal superstructure. Drones and Modular Construction that allows replacement of modules rapidly goes back at least as far as the last US Littoral Combat corvettes, which were a quick failure. Modular construction is also planned for the US next generation destroyers.
