Currently, I disagree with that conclusion, simply because the amount of money you can make running cargo in 3.0 is currently limited to (*pauses, adds some math*) 0 aUEC. Because the price doesn't change. So there's no best cargo ship at all. Good video, though.
That's a fair point, however, it's also fair to assume that it will change before LIVE release, whereas what makes the ship good (not having to load cargo physically) was already confirmed to not be coming to 3.0 -- therefore, it will still be the best ship.
The only way I can see this changing is if they have limited supplies of materials, for example if you could only buy 10 SCU of gold. That would make the capacity useless.
There are a few good competitors. Just depends on what you wanna do, what type of cargo you wanna run, etc. etc.
