It was actually subscriber flair in April 2017 as well. I have two and one is giftable. I've seen them for sale on grey market for like $50.
How Interesting and that is awesome, but strange as mine are not giftable... humm..!
Right!... Now I remember we got two as Imperator sub ( one giftable one is not ), and only one as Centurion sub ( not giftable ).
