Bug Reporting for 1.1 ( PLEASE READ )

Okay, so everyone in 1.1 can you please post every bug you find in this thread if I haven't already covered it here.


Current bugs we found in Free flight after an hour. -

1), When some one else tries to get into a gladius from another player it throws off their hud / cam position from cockpit centre to where you can't see your hud any more. So on about a 45* angle.

2), When you are flying the Gladius, on respawn some times half your hud desplay is missing, for example, - Speed, Constab, Gsafe.

3), 60mm sledge 2 cannons fire about 3 rounds when you hold the trigger down and then you need to click the trigger again for it to fire any more.

4), when putting ammo into a ship and closing the holotable, it deletes some ammo boxes from out of your ship. Some times to where you spawn with no ammo in one or more of your guns.

5), if the landing pad is approached from the side at a low altitude, auto land attempts to align and guide the ship through standing structures on the pad resulting in heavy damage or death to the piloted craft.

6), When you fly the cutless and land it on a pad and go to open the door, the door opens but you are physically unable to walk out of the door. There seems to be an invisable barrier between you. Also you can glitch out of the walls of the cutless and through the cockpit of the ship. Some times it teliports you about 2000 meters away from the landing pad!

7), When you land the cutless on the landing pad and actually manage to get out of the thing by glitching through its walls, once out the cutless seems to do a flip or replace its self on the pad. while this happens, if another player goes to your pad, he or she, seems the cutless in a completely different position to you.
When this happens, if they try enter your cutless ramp, it looks like they are floating in mid air and are inside an invisible ship.

^ ship positioning on the landing pad becomes misaligned (a cutlass black in this example) as a result, players will be seen floating in the air when entering the ship from their own side and unable to occupy the same ship at once.

8), occasionally on start all thrusters will be set to max causing the super hornet to enter an endless upwards loop until the pilot ejects

9), Gladius new damage states such as burns and brakes dont show in game.

10), major collisions occasionally do not register for both ships involved with only one taking damage.

11), Missiles on the gladius seem to be floating and not attached to the missile points / racks.

12), One shot one kill no matter where you hit someone with a pistle.

13), Whenever you enter your graycat you cant exit, the greycat seems to always be moving.

14), when near holotable in greycat it actives holotable and freezes.

15), Weapons dont connect to their mounts on ships, ( gladius noticeable ).

16), When backing out of a lobby an creating a new lobby straight away, causes a never ending black screen.

18), Landing shoots you into the pad on take off.

19), Using 350r bed in free flight with someone else flying, once landed again, person cannot get out of the bed and is seen lying there in the middle of the ship and can not be killed.

20), everyone was getting game crashed once missile hit them in free flight.

21), Gladius is less manoeuvrable than a super hornet, a hornet, and a cutless. - Gladius needs to be able to rotate faster and turn around faster.

22), gladius gsafe does not work, constant blackout in few seconds.

23), when entering ships the animation is completely off and looks like you're magically climing into the engines.



All these bugs I send to Will over email an he passes them on straight away for me. So no waiting on forums or bug report tickets for answers. This goes straight too them.

well on the cutlass black the angled thrusters on the main ones are missing again.... can't even put them on on the holo table since their missin there too

dk if this is a valid bug though.... in 1.0 you could at least but them back on XD

Ok. i dont know if it counts as a bug, but ive taken a pretty big performance drop with the new patch (i.e its pretty much unplayable) theres a half second to second lag time between my control inputs and the ship responding, even in the hangar. Also, i took the ball turret off the super hornet to put on the normal hornet and it just dissapeared, never to be seen again

Update. the performance drop seems to be the "AMD performance issue" that they havent fixed yet

also adding on that when i took the orminsky's off my 325 to replace them with repeaters they dissapeared, and no matter how many times i install badgers on the wingmounts of my 325 i get into game and only one is there

it seems to be generally known that decoupled flight is broken, and yeah #15 i spent a good 20 minutes trying to get weapons to stay on my freaking superhornet before i got frustrated and gave up.

I'm having issues with the holotable. I used to be able to toggle the mouse pointer on/off using Tab. Can't do that now. It stays in mouse mode which prevents the ships from rotating giving access to different view of the ship. Workaround is waiting for a good view in the scrolling area to the right and then moving the ship over.

Is anyone else missing their weapons. I'm missing all of the original loadout on my LN except for the missiles. I guess I forgot them in 1.0.3 :(

right click and hold to rotate the ship model on the holotable

and the disappearing equipment bug is beyond annoying, you have to delete the user folder to get the equipment back, since it saves the load-outs now.

Found out you can only mount two Badger Repeaters on the F7CM Super Hornet. Either the wing mounts or ball turret but not both. If you mount two on each , It will show them mounted in the holo table but when you look at your ship in the hangar you will only have one on the wing and one on the ball turret. I now mount 11 Series Broadswords on the wings and Panthers on the ball turret with the stock Bulldogs on the nose canard.
