Personally, if you really want to drop that much, go for it, but you may find it nicer to switch to mATX form factor and use a less expensive CPU/less ram. If you're not streaming or producing videos or 3d rendering, you don't need that high end of a CPU nor that much ram. (On mobile or I'd link my suggestion).
