Changing my account name here on Test to reflect my Handle

Is there a way to change my account name here on Test to reflect my RSI Handle of Omusul.
If not no worries XD

There is a $50 fee for name changes, unless you request the name change on the 2nd Monday of every November, in which case it is free.
