Character Repair is gone?

did I miss something? it was there just a week ago.

Yes, but some people abused it and got rich in the dozens of millions, transfering their cash before doing a repair (which was also resetting cash, unlike initial plan).

so what if I need to do a character repair? like if I keep getting an infinite loading screen when trying to get into a play server? (my understanding is that using character repair fixes that)
