Hello and welcome,.Hello all, just joined...over 40 player with family, kids, and too much time on my hands that my wife doesn't know about...yet.
Picard..."Reports of my assimilation are greatly exaggerated"Hello and welcome,.
Glad to have you aboard, if you wouldn't mind help us to get to know you better,as to know (mock) you better.
Where you from stranger? USofA- Williamsburg VA- Where have a famous guy who drives around town on a scooter wearing his 1700's Merchant costume to work every day.
What drew you to Star Citizen? My favorite MMO experience was Star Wars Galaxies where I got to own a store, hired robots to sell my wares, had a little robot thingy that advertised my stuff in the cities and I spent my days stealing Rancor DNA samples to make monster pets. I want that again...
What do you look forward to most in Star Citizen? (PVP, Exploration, etc) I am a Merchant and Salesguy in in real life. I buy stuff at auctions and resell it on Ebay, I do Enterprise Software Sales, have owned businesses...so having a virtual business in Star Citizen is my desire. Not sure if that is exploration, mining, pirating, etc...too early to tell...but making deals is where its at.
What was the first game you remember playing? Hmmm....favorite early games were Sierra games...King's Quest 2, SpaceQuest, Leisure Suit Larry, PoliceQuest....my friend and I would spend all weekend trying to figure those games out...and there weren't any wikis out there to help, just a our yellow notebooks.
What other games do you play? Hearthstone, Vanilla WOW on free Europe server, Minecraft with my kids, Skyrim (though it bores me), Xbox 360 stuff with the kids.
How did you first hear about Test Squadron and what convinced you to join? I looked at all the groups and I liked the free spirit of this group. I like people who don't take themselves seriously, yet do have direction.
Picard or Kirk?
A rare and valuable commodity. 37, married with an infant of my own. You'll have to teach me, oh wise one, where to find this "too much time". Ha.over 40 player with family, kids, and too much time on my hands that my wife doesn't know about...yet.
