As of a few days ago, I cannot stay logged into the TEST forum, even when I choose "Stay Logged In". I tried clearing my cookies and cache, but it's still happening.

I am experiencing the same problem and have noticed it happening when you go to the Streams page of the forums. Annoying and looking for a fix.
Read a lot of complaints on Xenforo forum about a week ago regarding cookies. Or 8wayrun add-on maybe non compliant with that update u ran a couple days ago?

Alright so I spent the last few hours working out the issue here. Browsers essentially upped their security settings so that people get logged out when viewing non-ssl versions (in the past we were able to get away with this).
The streams page is non-ssl since Twitch is so outlandishly outdated that they still don't support SSL. Sadly this meant that people would now be logged out automatically any time they wanted to view streams and I was like F*&$ 이건 말도 안돼 ㅠㅠ.
Luckily though I was able to access some developer back-end for Twitch and essentially reroute all your streams over SSL server that Twitch has (Justin.tv). Tried to do the same for chat but unfortunately chat refused to budge.
tl;dr Did some web magicry to fool twitch servers into serving ssl video but not yet chat. So videos only work fine in TEST streams page now and you dont get logged out.

I'm still getting logged out every time I leave the site, even with "Stay Logged In" checked. Anyone else still having this issue?

Maybe your cookie security level is the problem or you have it set to delete cookies?

Huh.. Mine works fine, I use exclusively chrome as well and have had no issues. Hope you get it figured out, Captain Richard! o7
