Crime stat basics for beginners a/k/a intoxicated old fart.

Can't find it out on the web but I imagine this gang has the crime stats for drunks edition memorized
So in a nut shell I try and play a clean game but have a question about PVP interactions.For instance does shooting a player at a bunker raid get you a crime stat? Got shot myself in the back walking to my Vanguard after one. Greeted a player arriving to make his own run I imagined, saluted him etc...seemed likable and changed into civilian clothing to head back to port. Bang bang Baby Not that I want to hang out and play sniper at these things but trying to avoid the negative side of the mechanics unless of course the player has a bounty ......Hail the Aurora!

A while ago I was doing some rally practice on my Dragonfly. When we arrived at our waypoint, somebody noticed that I had a passenger. The passenger didn't react to anything, just sitting at the passenger seat. I decided to continue, what could happen.
During the next stage of our training I had to stop in the middle of nowhere. That was the first sign of life from my passenger. He got of the Dragonfly and opened his mobiglass. At that point I decided to wait until he would get up on the Dragonfly again. He closed his mobiglass and shot me before I could get away..... yeah, right
