Fine line you have to follow or you will become what you hunt
Unlike the Freelancer or Cutlass you are, in a Sabre, more likely to be able to follow it, especially against a Cutlass or a Freelancer. And if they open the doors, the damage bypasses the armor, meaning you don't have to be there long.

As long as they don’t have any of those people as new people that haven’t done anything yet you won’t have to worry about being the next bounty and not being able to collect on them
Choice between collecting a bounty and keeping alive with an intact ship....

It isn't like you can bring in a live bounty with a Sabre anyway.

Note that if one person on a ship is a pirate, in the current game, killing the ship and everyone aboard does not earn a crime stat.

I expect to take most bounties on the ground. Safer and cheaper.

Fair enough but we were talking about killing the people not the ship I am sure they would count separately in that case. You just wouldn’t be a bounty hunter anymore at that point and a Mercenary that attacked pirates and ended up criminal. Your right the Sabre isn’t a bounty hunting ship unless someone else is with you in an Avenger Stalker or a Cutlass Blue your more of a Mercenary otherwise so if your doing both bounty hunting and mercenary work Sabre will be good for the merc side of things outside of being in a fleet hunting bounties.
