That has always been Kojimas calling though, just go start diving into Metal Gear Solid lore and it ends up becoming a story with a lot of hidden meaning. I for one am looking forward to this, even if I end up being so confused about what the hell is going on half the time.

Metal Gear became convoluted because he was forced to make 4 and 5. I believe it was supposed to end with 3.
