I 'finally' got my dog tags delivered. Who better a model, than my dog?

And the Front:

And the Back. I was an 'Ensign' in the old org I was in. I might get a different tag made that just has my name and nothing else. But this looks good for now:

Where do you get those things? Dollar store?
