Double Take...

I had to do a double take when I saw this Org logo on the RSI forums. It reminds me of some other org's logo I've seen. Just can't quite put my finger on it though.....

Maybe its outcasts... like how brotherhood of steel outcasts have same symbol but different color. Maybe renegade squadron is just TEST Squadron outcasts..
