Easter egg at citizencon! Opheus Horizon Ted Patterson

Reviewing the citizen con broadcast today I paused the video as I am curious about this easter egg. So far I have not found anything conclusive. I did find an obituary for a Ted Patterson from Houston who passed away in July! I am not sure if the plaque says Ted or Tad. I would like to know more about this easter egg. Does anyone know more? Could you share it?

If you look for some connection you will almost always find one.. such is life. But euhm, no the obituary u linked probably has nothing to do with the plaque, as none of the dates match up to the plaque.

yeah its probably Tad. I also spelled Orpheus wrong in the title.

Im thinking it has more to do with the fact it is basically a VIN for a starship, that being the Javelin class, which was the derelict home base for the sand nomads. Maybe they are hinting that the Javelin is further along than we know.
