ESO+ does not go on sale because it is just a subscription and not actually purchasing any content. Once you stop your subscription you lose access to the content unless you purchase each DLC individually.

thanks , I guess I have the same question for the crown store then. I've seen references to crown store sales. Are they on a cadence?
