The power is amazing, and that is a great pic. There are people in that spec in the middle, traveling to the ISS. Their target speed is 7.66 km/s. Here's a video that includes some shots about how that looks.

This photo is actually from a Tweet from an astronaut on the ISS; it is a photo of the rocket launch and second stage separation of the next crew coming up to join them. In the discussion of her tweet, somebody asks how come they can't see stars in the background of the photo...luckily, Scott Manley slaps the person down...
