Why isn't this a thing?

It has better physics, seamless transitions between systems/planet/fps. Also, has Very Positive on Steam (http://store.steampowered.com/app/71000/). Just found it today (Steam only promoted it to me today) but apparently it's been out for a long time.

This game seems to have everything (except PC-MasterRace graphics, some of it looks like mobile games). But it seems to have all the concepts down. Especially the best representation of real physics. SC fanbois, get back in your box. Shit don't happen like Arena Commander no matter what they tell you.

I had EM on my wishlist for aaaages before it went on sale. You get like a 2 hour demo trial version for free off their website, which excludes time you spend in the tutorial I believe, which is a good thing seeing as the tutorial is about 45 minutes long. It seemed like a really sick game, but then Starpoint Gemini 2 came out and I was drawn away from EM like a magpie seeing something shiny.

I'll nab it when it goes on sale for dirt cheap.

It's totes a thing, but it's been supplanted by elite, which does everything that E:M does except planetary stuff, and does it better in most cases.

I was playing E:M all the damn time when I first pledged for star citizen.
