I've been getting into Abbey ales lately, but its an expensive brew.
Cloak of St. Martin, Guldendraak, St. Bernardus, all very good.
Also a huge fan of American Pale Ales (Cigar City Breweries Stump Knocker, mmmmhm), Hefeweizens, and Witbier.

St Bernardus is very bloody tasty. AND it comes in a big ole bottle that just fits in my mug. None of this 2 beers per cup nonsense. Also try Rochefort 8 & 10 and Chimay. If you ever have the chance to get your hands on Westvleren 12 IT IS WORTH IT. I paid 10$ a bottle for a 12 pack and would do it again in a second. Best beer you'll have in your life.
