It seems that some of you have similar reasons, i.e. not enough play time so how much you can buy ships in game maybe restricted just because you cannot play enough. I have at least one probably cannot afford it in game with the Pioneer. I like the endeavour as well but missed the LTI package when it first came along and it is a ship like the starliner that I wonder whether it will get built.
Lol, I remember thinking back at the kick-starter the constellation package cost was ridiculous to spend on a kick-starter game. Now I don't even check the totals because well its significantly more then the 250 initial cost of the RSI Constellation.
I think putting most of your money into ships you want is a better way to spend occasional cash on SC. The UEC credits are not worth much real life money, and the ships will be way more pricey in game than now. It just depends on how much you want to throw at the game. At least we are getting to choose what ships we want to start off with.
