Cutlass and Corsair for daily flyers depending on what I need. Jack of all trades with enough combat leanings that I don't get bushwacked by some dweebs.
Herald for lighter data-running, hacking, EWAR.
Mercury for medium freight trips, data-running that's unsuited for the Herald, and smuggling stuff.
Warlock and Hawk for EMP combat support and pew pew.
Arrow and Hurricane for combat/escort missions and stuff. Both fast enough to keep pace with almost anything.
Caterpillar for heavy duty cargo hauling, fleet support. Might have lower SCU than something like a Starfarer or Hull series, but it's infinitely easier to load up quickly.
And the bike trio (still waiting on the Ranger to come back for sale -.-) for funsies and zoomies.
Why is the Cat has so many computers? Compared to other ships in the same line, their components are pretty wacked. L this, S that, 3 M this lol. Am I missing something?
It's to help keep track of hull stability given how many sorts of duct tape & bubblegum are holding it together & patching the holes from being shot up so many times.

I call things as I see them & given the quality of the manufacturing of Drake ships as well as how many pirates might be a bit trigger happy, I foresee a lot of holes being shot along the long sides of Cats on a frequent basis.
I suspect that you'll be laughing all the way to the UEC bank at that point @AntiSqueaker , because the space pirates, bullies & griefers will keep you busy with your pockets being filled. And that's just on the legal side of things. If you also help out certain TESTified Privateering buccaneers repair their vehicles from the advocacy & bounty hunters trying to take them out, then you'll be making creds from all directions. You might even make Scrooge McDuck seem like a beggar in the streets at some point.
