Flight stick setup

I might be missing it but I have not been able to find a thread with what keybinds everyone is using. I am trying to find some help with binding everything to my HOTAS in a manner that makes sense and I won't have to take my hands off to hit a key on the keyboard while in combat. Any help will be appreciated. Also feel free to discus any other control setups you would like here.

That is my exact flight stick. That helps a lot. I am out now and will need to look at this more in depth later.
