Inside TEST you need Montoya’s permission to form a group. Apart from that though, you need some real leadership skills and some organization. I’m going to post here how others are managing these organizing duties so we can all learn from them.
One observation: I really like the cadet uniforms. The cadets look smart in matching armor. I asked in the comments whether those are the new Palatino digital helmets that provide night vision on command. Looks to be. I’ll report back what I find out.
These RP groups are a bit too organized for some players and probably less disciplined than others. These folks were mostly Raccoons in the past, a highly disciplined PvP org now disbanded. I think you get out of these groups what you put in, and now that contact with the Vanduul has begun, PvE groups like this are finally viable.
Also worth noting: no running aboard ship. That’s new to me, and certainly sets a more serious and immersive tone. I like it.
