Forza 4 Horizon, TEST Squadron admins?

Grabbed Forza 4 Horizon the other week. Was looking for other buddies to race with on Horizons / Fortune Island.
However there seem to be a TEST Squadron avail on the Xbox community: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/spartan-companies/test squadron
Anyone around who can let people into the club by any chance?

Anyone care to join in on racing while we throw away our money left & right waiting for stuff?
