That has to be either a joke, a glitch or a mistake on CIG's end.
Met these guys at grim hex, they promised me a ride to this kid's birthday party where I got a gig as "Carlos the Space Clown". Figure if I HAVE to dress like this, might as well make a few bucks.
It definitely comes with a conspicuosity meter. Can you not fly in it?
This is why I prefer medium outlaw armor, doesn't matter the color. At least its all consistent.
