Isn't our group more interested in faster ships that can acquire certain.... assets? We can leave the heavy hitters to the ones who like to draw attention. We only need to ... assist the poor merchant folks.

By itself it is approximately capital ship size, but given enough of them in the hands of determined drunken TESTies, they could very well indeed be the initialization of a capital establishment colony on some moon or planet.
Imagine a TEST colony where each of us has a space home similar to that of John Travolta.

They changed SO MANY THINGS! I'm still browsing the ship matrix in search for new stuff.
- The Endeavor now lists as a 3min/5max crew, and I'm sure that's without the modules.
- Out of the 3 Cutlass variants, the Red is now the one with the better shields (it was the Blue before)
- They adjusted the SCU capacity and there are so many changes to even list here.
