Alright, I've had a number of problems with my PC so far. Most of these problems have resulted in my inability to play SC at all.
The latest was probably the most aggravating yet, as I'd finally upgraded my PC so as to play in the persistent universe. A day after I'd upgraded (my PC was working fine) I concluded I could probably run SC. When I realized I'd have to patch again for the PU, I started the patcher and went to play a flash game for a while.
And, during the last patch, my computer froze. Went completely unresponsive. After restarting, an error message stating that it couldn't read the system disk showed up...
Anyways, enough story. I have to replace the hard drive..
General recommendations? I'm not sure what kind of drive I'd want to get, or how much space I'd want to have.
