Really cool info about how they film the Mandalorian and get all the background visuals...tl;dr, they use a huge curved LED display on the set, and the Unreal Engine to generate the backgrounds:

The best part of this seems to be that it really cuts down on cost...I'm hoping this means that we get a lot more Sci-Fi shows in the future now. Good-bye "green screen" and costly special effects!
