Nope
Never happen, not even during the Invictus week this spring when servers ware really, REALLY messed up.
Also since the expo is tied with the free-flight event prolonging one will mean prolonging the other too, I really doubt CIG is willing to "give away" they income source for more then few day as a promotion.
