[Idea] TEST fleet in ED?

So, a while back, the Elite Dangerous devs added in player controlled factions, so im thinking that we
1.) Take over a system
2.) Tactics!
3.) head for sol
4.) Profit?

It's a ginormous amount of grinding work to take over and keep systems.

Unless you like spreadsheets I would just go shoot people instead! :D
