Insurance on fighter craft

How do you guys think insurance will be handled on the smaller dog fighter ships? If you plan to go and get into tons of dog fights seems like you would be getting destroyed more than other players. I remember CR saying it would take a little while to get ships replaced and the more your destroyed the longer it would take to get another ship. I supose that really makes salvage ships important. It just seems like small ship combat would be a big hassle.
I would like to invest in a fighter but I don't think I would want to do so with out LTI. Are the Avenger varrients likely to come with LTI?

I imagine the insurance will be handled the same way. Also, I think the replacement time might only be destruction cumulative over an arbitrary amount of time.

As for LTI, It's not really that big of a deal. It only covers basic hull insurance, which is going to be cheap ingame anyway.

LTI has become more of a status symbol, you'll be able to get hull insurance fairly cheaply ingame.
