Is it just me or that marine is holding a Halo m5d?

Hey guys, so I was going through some old news about the fps mode then the art work got my eyes, Is that marine standing on the top of crates and shooting with a halo ma5d? I am only concern about if 343 decides to come and start doing the usually BS.

There was an image somewhere that had a comparison of it and a halo picture. It looks like the just reskined it.
