Is Wet Wolfy a good name for my space bar?

Title says it all, my 890 Jump will probably be called the Wet Wolfy and I intend to hold events for TEST when time allows on it. Any better names come to mind?

Suggest what you want, but my name originates from Arma 2 and 3, I used to do a lot of single operator recon work, and my friend Kaley started calling me the Lone Wolfy. I shortened it to Wolfy later on.

EDIT: This was before furries were big on the net, at least in my knowledge, so that connotation came about later. At this point, it's my name though, I ain't changing.

Personally, "Wet Wolfy" reminds me of bad weather and a smelly young dog. None of which constellates up to a bar on a spaceship.
Maybe it is the "Wet" and the y-ending of "Wolf", which makes it sound less attractive to me.

"The Squid" would be a much more remarkable name, then again, so would "The Wolf" or "Wolfs Shank" or whatever.
Modifying it with your first iteration: "Wet Squidy" would still sound better to me personally, as there is no smelly dog in the picture.
Another example: "Wet Ass" sounds horrible, whereas "Rocksolid Ass" is a totally different story. No one normally wants a wet ass or a wet dog.

As this is your idea, i think you should like it. If you like wet wolfs, there is not much to say anyway :).

Haha, lovely point. I suppose I just found the name funny awhile back in my Arma days, roleplaying running a bar. As I stated in an earlier post, Arma got me into serious gaming, so my current username reflects that.

Wolfy's Den is actually the one I am thinking of and have been for a few days now. It's been the name of my Teamspeak server for several years and I use it for some other games. I may end up making that the Ship name and have some fucked up, convoluted drink called the Wet Wolfy.

To be honest, with your name being Wolfy & your bar ship being called the Wet Wolfy, it sounds like the ship is a female version of you that is in heat. Which to me is not entirely appetizing.

When I think of watering holes for canines, the water bowl comes to mind. Since it's an 890J, I would be thinking that the name The Platinum Water Bowl would be more appealing.

To the best of my knowledge, which I know due to a rather unusual Ex-GF, Furries online have been around for over 20 years. 1 place that a lot of them seemed to play around online was called Furcadia which was released Dec 16, 1996. Yes I checked it out once to spend time with that Ex-GF while we were dating & even now I'm at a loss as to how to describe it properly. That was over a decade ago. They did take Yiffing to whole new levels though.
