What drew you to Star Citizen?
A hard love for flight and space/sci-fi. I've been playing with flight sims since I was in middle school (15+ years now) and played through a lot of early space flight games. I ended up putting a couple dozen hours into my real pilots license, so I'll hopefully finish that here soon (recreation only).
FPS have been heavy since Quake and Half-Life, so seeing the FPS module is a huge plus. Simply put, I love flight, sci-fi, and combat. This is the game we've all been waiting for, right?
What do you look forward to most in Star Citizen? (PVP, Exploration, etc)
For solo or small group play, I'm very excited about exploration. The visuals on this game should make for some fantastic immersion.
On the other side, I'm terribly excited about combat. I've always been a decent escort, but I plan on flying combat missions of all sorts. Any of you truckers need a little friend along with teeth?
What was the first game you remember playing?
Aces of the Pacific by Dynamix. Their series of WWII combat simulators gave me the bug at an early age.
What other games do you play?
Currently War Thunder, ARMA III (though lightly), and Natural Selection II.
Picard or Kirk?
No Starbuck? But really, likely Kirk. I mean, he's the one who drinks beer, right?
